Refund policy

If there is a problem with your product, please be sure to contact us immediately.

You have 7 days from date of purchase to return/exchange items (in-office or shipped).

All returned merchandise must be in its original, unopened packaging.

Used products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

No refunds on prepaid services.

We cannot reimburse shipping or return fees.

 

Please note that all prepayments for treatments are valid for one year after purchasing and must be used within this time frame. In the event a prepaid special is not used within a year, the payment will go onto your account as a credit. Any specials available at the time of prepayment will become null and void and price increases will be incurred.
